Executive Suites Hotel & Conference Center, Metro Vancouver

We have stayed here many times. The rooms include a sitting area with a couch and a chair, a desk and chair, a small refrigerator, two sets of dishes, a bathroom with a tub/shower, and a separate bedroom. It is easy to eat breakfast in your room if you bring food with you. The bed is comfortable and there is adequate storage for clothing. It's located within walking distance of several restaurants and a Save On supermarket which has a Starbucks. The hotel restaurant, Acqua, has a very good Happy Hour and wonderful cheesecake. The room is serviced daily.

It was quiet, both concierge were very polite, there were many people having fun playing games in the lobby which I had never witnessed before. The pool had just opened but unfortunately we didn’t have time to enjoy the facilities. The room was very clean, had everything we needed, a big comfy bed and amazing jacuzzi tub. Overall out stay was very satisfying!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and the bed comfortable. Carlos at the on-site Acqua restaurant was always pleasant and did a great job serving us breakfast each morning. When we first arrived our toilet tank was not filling correctly. Hotel maintenance came to our room and repaired the problem promptly. We like staying here because our room has a facilities to heat food and a refrigerator so we can eat in our room if we desire. Also, the hotel is very convenient to a grocery store, many restaurants, and a Vancouver light rail station. We will stay here again on our next visit to Vancouver.

I had a non refundable rate booked for my stay and thank to Mohammed it worked out to make some changes, as I arrived one day earlier and wanted to cancel the last night. He was very helpful, and the location is perfect! It takes around 15 minutes with public transport (the station is 3 min walk) to get to downtown. The room was very spacious, and above average in Vancouver :)

We liked the layout of our suite and the room amenities. Food was good at the onsite restaurant although pricey for breakfast and the outdoor patio is spacious. A nice short walk to other restaurants nearby and an easy drive to the PNE where we were taking in an event.
